Nammo AI allows users to integrate their accounts with third-party platforms, including Meta Services (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

Compliance with Platform Rules: By connecting your Meta accounts, you explicitly agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Developer Policies.
Authorized Access: You grant Nammo AI permission to access, process, and manage authorized data via Meta APIs solely for executing the services requested by you.
Webhook Usage: Real-time data updates sent via https://ai.nammoai.com/social-media/webhook/facebook will be processed strictly to maintain the functionality of your active integrations.
Third-Party Disruption: Nammo AI is not liable for service interruptions, data limitations, or API changes enforced directly by Meta or other third-party provider platforms.

5. Prohibited Activities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nammo AI to:

Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in deceptive marketing practices in violation of Meta’s policies.
Generate, publish, or distribute illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, or abusive content using AI tools.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or exploit any part of Nammo AI’s source code, infrastructure, or platform assets without express written consent.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, user accounts, or connected API systems.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Nammo AI Ownership: All platform rights, software code, branding, logos, graphics, and interface designs remain the exclusive property of Nammo AI.
User Content: You retain ownership of all content, copy, and assets you input or generate through Nammo AI. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and process your content solely for providing the service to you.

7. Termination & Account Erasure

User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@nammoai.com or disconnecting your integrations via the platform dashboard.
Meta Data Erasure: Disconnecting your Meta integration via Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings or submitting a request to info@nammoai.com will trigger the permanent deletion of your stored API tokens and related Meta user data within 48 hours, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Service Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

"As Is" Basis: Nammo AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Damages: In no event shall Nammo AI, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill) arising from your use of the service or inability to use third-party APIs (such as Meta API updates).

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
